Systems Engineer (SME) - Electronic Warfare

Qualifications:
-3-10 years of experience in the relevant functional areas
-3+ years in electronic warfare, systems engineering (hardware/software), radar data, and threat experience
-Experience in writing system specifications, technical documentation, and engineering notes
-3+ years in test & evaluation, with a focus on countering EW threats
-Experience with intelligence integration and cloud engineering is a plus
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Access)
Responsibilities:
- Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in electronic warfare (EW), AN/ALQ 260 DRFM jammer, radar data, and test & evaluation
-Perform core systems engineering tasks including requirements analysis, system architecture design, and specialized technical areas
-Oversee EW payload integration, cloud engineering, radar threat mitigation, and countermeasure development
-Lead test & evaluation efforts, including adaptive response to evolving threats and managing threat libraries
-Integrate intelligence feedback loops to enhance system effectiveness and support broader air warfare operations
-Write and update technical documents such as system requirements, design specs, white papers, and engineering notes
-Lead and facilitate project meetings, technical reviews, and teleconferences
-Up to 25% travel within and outside of the Continental US
Education REQUIRED:
-MS or MA degree in Computer / Information Science or related
-An additional 4 years of relevant work experience may be substituted, if Bachelor’s obtained
