Salary: $120K-$160K, Depending on Experience

Qualifications:
-3–10 years in analytics roles
-Systems & Technology (DoD EW Focus): Expertise in advanced systems, emergent technologies, microservices, and DoD Electronic Warfare mission areas
-Predictive/ML Solutions: Experience in development and deployment
-Tools: Familiarity with Python, SQL, Cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure)
-Technical Analysis & Strategy: Providing strategic technical analysis for EW EMS Architecture and spectrum repurposing across Naval, DoD, Cyber, and IC stakeholders
-Cyber-Security: Understanding of RMF, STIGs, government security specs, and trends
-Atlassian Tools: Proficient in Confluence and JIRA
-Soft Skills: Independent, self-starter
-Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, SharePoint
Education REQUIRED:
-BS or BA degree in a Computer or Information Science field or a relevant technical discipline
-ALLOWABLE SUBSTITUTION: An additional 6 years of relevant work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree or 10 years of work experience with a relevant Associate’s Degree
Responsibilities:
-Evaluate data processing challenges across various fields such as science, engineering, and business, and apply solutions to enhance and optimize computer systems
-Assess user needs, procedures, and challenges to automate or refine existing systems, and analyze computer system capabilities, workflows, and scheduling limitations
-Review program plans for particular weapon systems, sub-systems, equipment, or information technology systems
-Prepare technical documentation for inclusion in integrated logistics support plans
-Compile contract data requirements lists as part of system development
Manage and maintain technical data related to specific weapons and/or equipment during production, fleet deployment, and ongoing operations
