Qualifications:
-3-10 years of relevant experience
-3+ years in electronic warfare, systems engineering (hardware/software), and developing/executing test plans
-Experience writing and updating system requirements, design docs, and engineering notes
-3+ years of Department of Defense (DoD) acquisition experience, including supporting Systems Engineering and Technical Reviews (SETR) and managing Deficiency Reports (DRs)
-Familiar with System Performance Assessment Reports (SPARS) and DoD test processes
-Experience with MS Project schedules and working in a team or leading a small team
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Access)

Responsibilities:
-Lead a multi-disciplinary team in identifying system requirements, ensuring traceability from government to contractor/OEM artifacts
-Provide oversight of F-35 EW system design, test, evaluation, and performance analysis.
-Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in countermeasures, electronic warfare, software architecture, and sensors
-Evaluate systems for managing production processes, including quality control, logistics, cost analysis, and production coordination
-Gather information through research and SME interviews for technical documentation.
-Review and provide input on OEM engineering artifacts and project execution, keeping Joint Program Office leadership informed
-Oversee OEM testing and verification of F-35 EW capabilities, contributing to test planning, resource acquisition, and test conduct
-Document defects found during testing and track them through government IT networks
-Review configuration change requests and provide comments prior to Engineering Review Board (ERB) meetings
-Write and update technical documents such as system requirements, design specs, white papers, and engineering notes
-Lead project meetings (milestone reviews, status updates, etc.) and facilitate technical meetings and teleconferences
-Up to 50% travel to alternate sites within the Continental U.S

Education REQUIRED:
-MS or MA degree in Computer / Information Science or related
-An additional 4 years of relevant work experience may be substituted with a Bachelors
